A project by the Pestalozzi-Fröbel-Haus in cooperation with the Open All-Day Care Center of the Fichtelgebirge Elementary School, the Fichtelgebirge Elementary School and Flutgraben e.V..
The project is being carried out by the artists Diogo deCalle and Irina Novarese. Funded by “Wir können Kunst”, a project of the bbk, Bündnisse für Bildung (2023-2027) “Kultur macht stark!”

FREIHEIT IM KIEZ
2022

The interdisciplinary educational project Freiheit im Kiez took the Berlin Liberty Bell as an opportunity to reflect on the historical and current meaning of freedom. An artistic mediation program at Schöneberg Town Hall, in educational institutions and in public spaces invited people of all generations and cultures to engage creatively and collectively with the topic of freedom.

TRICKMISCH

Trickmisch was conceived by the artists Julia Kapelle and Nadin Reschke in 2013 and launched in 2014. In 2015, artist and programmer Paul Geisler and Julia Kapelle made the Trixmix tool available online for everyone. Since 2016, Julia Kapelle has been working with Paul Geisler, Heidrun Schramm, Nicolas Wiese, Irina Novarese, Zoltan Kunckel and many other artists as a mobile language lab in welcome and regular classes, youth and cultural institutions, museums and libraries throughout Berlin and Germany.

Weekly volunteer art work with children from a background of (forced) displacement.
Berlin Lichtenberg (DRK Gemeinschaftsunterkunft Bornitzstr.)

Atelier Global was initiated by Henrik Mayer. Today we are an organic group of Berlin based artists and Afghan women working with children mostly between 3 and 14 years old.

A joint project by Irina Novarese & Marco Pezzotta with the Mildred-Harnack-Schule, integrated secondary school , Berlin. In cooperation with the Egon-Erwin-Kisch-Library Lichtenberg and the BLO-Ateliers, Lockkunst e.V.
The project was funded by the Project Fund for Cultural Education and the District Office of Lichtenberg.
